Science Week 2022

We were given 2 materials: spaghetti and marshmallows. We had to build the highest tower possible that could stand by itself. We had to plan our towers before we started. Take a look at our great work!

Mindfulness colouring for our 2nd Amber Flag

Thank you to the members of the Amber Flag Committee who have prepared colouring sheets for every class. They have taught us of the importance of taking time to relax and do something enjoyable for ourselves during our busy days, such as colouring!

Team Hope Shoebox Appeal 2022

A huge well done and thank you to everyone who has so kindly donated a shoebox again this year. We have collected over 50 shoeboxes for children in need. Everyone in St. Mary’s N.S. should be so proud of donating to such a worthy cause.

Our Christmas Play: A Wriggly Nativity!

Rehearsals have begun for our Christmas Play: A Wriggly Nativity. After 2 years of remote plays we are so excited to be on stage in front of an audience this year. We can’t wait to show you all what we have been practicing!

Making Candy Apples for Halloween 👻🍎

We dipped apples into chocolate and spooky sprinkles to make candy apples this Halloween! Thank you to Traas’ Apple Farm as always for being so kind to donate the apples to the school.

Halloween Parade

The Active Flag Committee organised a Halloween Parade where each class showed us their dance moves and walked, shuffled, ran, skipped and jumped through our spooky channel! Everyone looked fantastic and really scary 😧
