Aistear theme:Autumn

 Our Aistear this week was based on the theme of Autumn and last weeks story- ‘Don’t Hog the Hedge’

We are using autumn leaves to print with paint, using blocks to build a cave for the animals to hibernate in, a matching game, a playdoh station and a roleplay station.

 We are having great fun learning new skills in hurling and football.

We had a very special visitor today!

Munster and All Ireland winning minor hurler Cathal English came to visit to school today. He answered any questions we had and let us hold the trophies. Thank you Cathal for your visit! 

 

Music 🎶 in the Junior Room

Our very talented Ms. Butler took us for a music lesson last Friday where we practiced keeping a steady beat with our instruments. We had great fun!!
